However, for legal purposes, it is crucial to understand that all rewards and/or refunds are considered bonuses and cannot be relied upon, with no guarantee of returns. These funds, originating from fees, are the property of Bloq.Fund, and the fund retains the discretion to allocate them as it deems fit, without any guarantee of returns. Fees may be invested into newly developing platforms (venture tokens) which may carry high risks and therefore may not be considered a stable source of income. The return or distribution of these fees should be considered a bonus rather than an investment, and returns or profits are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon.

Eligibility Criteria for Participation
To qualify for participation in our exclusive Loyalty Rewards Programme, participants must meet specific eligibility criteria designed to reward long-term commitment and investment in our fund. Eligibility requires participants to maintain their investment in the fund for a minimum period of 24 months continuously. Additionally, participants must maintain a minimum average balance of $10,000 or greater throughout the 24-month period. Importantly, participants who initially invest $10,000 but experience losses due to fund performance and choose to retain their investment without withdrawing are still eligible for participation. This flexible approach ensures that dedication to the fund is the primary criterion for eligibility, allowing participants to qualify through various investment strategies while demonstrating a commitment to long-term growth.
